The problem

RFPs and referrals put your growth on someone else’s schedule.

New posts come when a contract expires or an incident happens. RFPs put you against every guard company in town, and the lowest hourly rate usually wins.

01

Referrals

Your best contracts, and the slowest way to add posts.

02

RFPs

A stack of bids on every post, and price usually decides.

03

Prospecting yourself

Every hour selling is an hour away from scheduling and running posts.

How it works

Three steps. You only do the last one.

  1. 01

    We learn your ideal client

Property type, hours of coverage and the cities you serve: residential, industrial, healthcare and hospitality. One call and we have it.

    15 minutes of your time
  2. 02

    We book the site assessments

We reach property managers and operations leads directly, confirm they own the security budget, and put the assessment on your calendar with a brief on the property.

    Handled by MORR
  3. 03

    You assess and close

Walk the property, send the proposal, win the post. You pay only for assessments that actually happened.

You do what you already do well

Inside the outreach

How a site assessment lands on your calendar.

Every prospect gets a short, personal sequence by email and phone. When they say yes, we confirm it, brief you and send the invite.

  1. Day 1

    Email

A short, personal note to the decision maker, written about their business and what it needs.

  2. Day 2

    Call

We call to confirm interest, timing and that they’re the one who decides.

  3. Day 4

    Follow-up

A second email and another call for anyone who hasn’t answered yet.

What you pay for

A qualified site assessment means three things.

  • They show up

The prospect attends the site assessment we booked.

  • They make the decision

The owner, property manager or operations director. Someone who signs the security contract.

  • They fit your profile

The property type, coverage hours and area you gave us.

$0

If they don’t show, you don’t pay.

No-shows are never billed. Neither is a site assessment that misses any of the three checks.

How it compares

Four ways to fill your calendar.

Only one of them costs you nothing when a prospect doesn’t show up.

The math · Illustrative example

$12,000/mo×12months=$144,000

One overnight post at $12,000 a month for a year is worth $144,000. Landing one through us costs a fraction of that.

Contract value$144,000
Cost to land it$2,500

Illustrative only. Uses $500 per qualified site assessment and leaves out the one-time setup fee. Your close rate and contract sizes will differ.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Anything else, ask on the call. We’ll tell you plainly whether we can fill your calendar.

How do you find prospects?

We build a list of prospects that match your profile in the areas you serve, find the person who makes the decision, and reach them by email and phone. Every site assessment is confirmed with the prospect before it lands on your calendar.

Who takes the sales call?

You do. We fill the calendar. You walk the property, write the proposal and close the contract the way you already do.

What if the site assessment isn’t a good fit?

If the person wasn’t a decision maker or didn’t match the profile you gave us, tell us after the site assessment and we won’t bill it. We also use your feedback to tighten who we book.

How fast do appointments start?

Setup takes about two weeks: your profile, the list, the outreach and your calendar connection. Outreach starts the day setup is done, and site assessments land on your calendar as prospects say yes.

Do you book event security?

We focus on ongoing contracts: properties that need posts or patrols every week. Tell us on the call if you want event work too.
