Run by MORR, the growth team behind work for

The problem
Storms and bid boards keep your pipeline unpredictable.
Work spikes after a hailstorm and dries up when the weather is quiet. Bid boards put you against every roofer in town, and the low number usually wins.
Storm work
Busy for a month, then a scramble to keep crews working.
Bid boards
A crowd on every job, and the cheapest bid usually wins.
Prospecting yourself
Every hour knocking on doors is an hour off the roof.
How it works
Three steps. You only do the last one.
- 01
We learn your ideal client
Building type, roof size and the cities you serve: offices, warehouses, retail and schools. One call and we have it.
15 minutes of your time - 02
We book the inspections
We reach property and facility managers directly, confirm they control the roof budget, and put the inspection on your calendar with a brief on the building.
Handled by MORR - 03
You inspect and close
Get on the roof, write the proposal, win the job. You pay only for inspections that actually happened.

Inside the outreach
How an inspection lands on your calendar.
Every prospect gets a short, personal sequence by email and phone. When they say yes, we confirm it, brief you and send the invite.
- Day 1
Email
A short, personal note to the decision maker, written about their business and what it needs.
- Day 2
Call
We call to confirm interest, timing and that they’re the one who decides.
- Day 4
Follow-up
A second email and another call for anyone who hasn’t answered yet.

What you pay for
A qualified inspection means three things.
They show up
The prospect attends the inspection we booked.
They make the decision
The property owner, property manager or facility manager. Someone who controls the roof budget.
They fit your profile
The building type, roof size and area you gave us.
If they don’t show, you don’t pay.
No-shows are never billed. Neither is an inspection that misses any of the three checks.
How it compares
Four ways to fill your calendar.
Only one of them costs you nothing when a prospect doesn’t show up.
| Compare | MORR Booked | Hire a sales rep | Buy lead lists | Retainer agency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| You pay for | Inspections that happen | Salary, benefits and ramp time | Names and emails | A monthly fee |

The math · Illustrative example
Five inspections at $400 is $2,000. One commercial re-roof at $150,000 covers that 75 times over.
Illustrative only. Uses $400 per qualified inspection and leaves out the one-time setup fee. Your close rate and job sizes will differ.

FAQ
Straight answers.
Anything else, ask on the call. We’ll tell you plainly whether we can fill your calendar.
How do you find prospects?
We build a list of prospects that match your profile in the areas you serve, find the person who makes the decision, and reach them by email and phone. Every inspection is confirmed with the prospect before it lands on your calendar.
Who takes the sales call?
You do. We fill the calendar. You inspect the roof, write the proposal and close the job the way you already do.
What if the inspection isn’t a good fit?
If the person wasn’t a decision maker or didn’t match the profile you gave us, tell us after the inspection and we won’t bill it. We also use your feedback to tighten who we book.
How fast do appointments start?
Setup takes about two weeks: your profile, the list, the outreach and your calendar connection. Outreach starts the day setup is done, and inspections land on your calendar as prospects say yes.
Do you only book storm work?
No. We book repairs, replacements and maintenance agreements, weighted toward the work you want more of.
