Every accounting firm claims the same three things. We built a film around the one thing this one could actually prove.
Accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax: written down, the service list is identical to every other firm's, and identical to what a software subscription promises for less. For a practice on a downtown street in Geneva, competing on that page is unwinnable. The real difference was the people and how it feels to hand them something you have been avoiding, and none of that survives a bulleted list.
Their own sign reads Calm in the Chaos, so we built the film on that instead of the service menu. We shot on location, the storefront, the street outside, the actual desks people work at, so the film belongs to the town the firm serves rather than a rented set. The team explains the work in their own words, which is the point: a prospective client hears a person talking, not a pitch being read.
The film puts a face and a temperament on a business people hand their books to. What the firm is really selling, calm, stops being a claim on a page and becomes something you can watch.
