Mercer House is a hybrid film, photo, podcast, and event space, built for creators, brands, and modern storytellers. Designed with intentionality at every level, it offers both the raw scale of a warehouse and the elevated polish of a curated brand.

The Mercer House team needed more than a logo, they needed the entire space to feel like a brand. From choosing the right building to defining how guests interact with the space digitally and physically, there were countless decisions that would shape how the venue would be perceived, booked, and remembered.
MORR was brought in to lead brand development and experience design from day zero. We helped select the right building based on architectural fit, natural light, and brand vision, using mockups and signage simulations to visualize spatial potential. From there, we developed the full identity system, designed branded environmental touchpoints, and architected the guest journey from booking to arrival to on-site engagement. Every interaction was designed to feel intentional, from signage and layout to tech stack and automation.

Mercer House is positioned with a fully realized brand identity, a refined customer experience, and a space built for creative and commercial use. From environmental branding to backend workflows, the foundation is in place to support seamless bookings, high-end production, and memorable in-person events. The brand now lives not just in visuals, but in how the space moves, feels, and operates.
